Account Accuracy Obligation

Withdrawal Processing

Currency: All transactions on jd333 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). jd333 does not hold player funds in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion applied by your payment provider is outside jd333's control and is the player's sole responsibility.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
General Bonus Terms
jd333 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms and Conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonuses are awarded at jd333's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice. Players who abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent — will have their bonuses cancelled and their accounts reviewed for suspension.
Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms, all bonus funds credited to a jd333 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are stated in the promotion details. Bets placed using bonus funds on games that are excluded from the wagering requirement will not count toward satisfying that requirement.
jd333 reserves the right to apply maximum bet limits on individual wagers placed while bonus funds are active in a player's account. Breach of the maximum bonus bet limit may result in the cancellation of the active bonus balance and any winnings derived from bets that exceeded the limit.
6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

7. Prohibited Conduct
Actions That Constitute a Breach of These Terms
The following actions are strictly prohibited on jd333 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balance, bonuses, and pending withdrawals:
- Registering more than one account, whether under your own details or under the identity of another person.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using a payment method that belongs to another person without their explicit written consent.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using jd333 to cycle funds through deposits and withdrawals without genuine gambling activity.
- Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute a deposit through your payment provider after receiving gaming services or bonus credits in exchange for that deposit.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing jd333 staff members via any communication channel.

8. Account Suspension & Termination
jd333's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
jd333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:
- The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- The account has been used in connection with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
- The account holder is under 18 years of age.
- The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
- jd333 is required to close the account by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.
In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, jd333 will retain any account balance until the investigation is concluded. If the account is subsequently cleared of wrongdoing, the balance will be released for withdrawal. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature and extent of the breach.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players may voluntarily close their jd333 account at any time by submitting a written closure request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, jd333 will process any outstanding withdrawable balance to the player's registered payment method and disable the account within five business days. Players who have an active self-exclusion in place are advised to use the self-exclusion tool rather than a simple account closure, as self-exclusion provides additional safeguards against re-registration.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jd333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jd333's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
